Views

The lot features stunning views of Mount Shasta along its length.  The views could be improved even more by trimming trees and branches that are on the property.

Location, location, location.

The lot is part of the upscale Cold Creek Subdivision, and is about 1.5 miles from downtown Mount Shasta.  It's close to the historic McCloud River Railroad.  According to this website, the railroad currently operates just a Shasta Sunset Dinner Train that goes by on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights (Saturdays only in the Fall and Winter).

The lot is gently sloped.  This shot was taken while facing east towards the corner of Lotus and McCloud.

The lot has manzanita, oak, fir, pine, and cedar.

This (somewhat dated) satellite photo shows the approximate boundaries of the lot.  According to this website, Cold Creek Subdivision is "a premium quality subdivision of 25 parcels on 90 acres near the City of Mt. Shasta, with paved roads accepted into the County public road system, and a community water system."
This satellite photo shows the location of the property (near the A marker) relative to the mountain and downtown Mount Shasta.  Note the favorable orientation of the lot with respect to the mountain.

This shot was taken on the other side of McCloud Road facing west towards the center of town.  The lot is to the right.  Mount Eddy is in the background.

You can also see Black Butte from the property.  Again, the view could be improved by trimming trees and branches located on the property.
